Shipping and Return Policy


R E T U R N  P O L I C Y : 

Due to the nature of our inventory, items may be returned for credit only.  All returns must be unworn, new with tags attached.  La Frock reserves the right to refuse a return if items are not in the condition stated above.  If an item arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us upon receipt, take a photo of the item in question and we will resolve the issue immediately.  

All online returns must be postmarked within three business days of receipt and are returned at the customers expense.  We strongly suggest insuring your package. Please note that any discounted items are FINAL sale .

To initiate a return, kindly email us at hello@shoplafrock.com to notify us of your return.  We will send instruction on where to send your package and once received and inspected, we will issue you a credit to be used within three months of your original purchase date.  

 

S H I P P I N G :

We process orders for shipping within three business days excluding weekends and holidays.  If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will try our best to make this happen.  Orders are shipped via Priority, USPS. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once our carrier confirms delivery of package.  

While we are happy to ship internationally, any applicable duties and taxes that may be applied by the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  

Orders within the state of Georgia will be charged applicable Georgia Sales tax in addition to shipping charges.  La Frock offers free doorstep delivery for Atlanta customers within a 5 mile radius.
